The battle for Diversity within the comms industry has been going on for a long time and it is not yet over.

I am proud to have been recognised in the Queen’s Birthday Honours with a CBE for services to Diversity in the Creative Industries with the work of the Ideas Foundation.

In truth, the award recognises the work of the Ideas Foundation team, led by the indefatigable Heather MacRae, to give creative opportunities to thousands of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds – especially ethnic minorities – in the creative industries.

It also would not have been possible without the support of leading agencies and brands.

But we have a lot more to do.

 So please join this battle.

Here are some of the projects I have worked on. I am now ready to help brands like yours as well.

Some other initiatives developed for the No.10 Comms team.

The battle against coronavirus has been the biggest battle that this country has fought since the Second World War.

I am pleased to have pleased to have played a small part in it.

I feel enormously privileged to have been working with you on the coronavirus campaign, I’ve been inspired by your creativity, enthusiasm and drive to do the right thing - it’s been without question the most meaningful and important project I’ve worked on.
